Hoopeston Multi-Agency Service Center (HMA) is a not for profit 501(c) 3 social service organization serving the North Vermillion County Illinois region. HMA's mission is to provide information, referral, and assistance to those in physical, economical, and social need. HMA helps local assists local residents become financially and socially independent through a multitude of different programs and services.
