Hoopeston Multi Agency Service Center (HMA) is a not for profit 501(c) 3 organization serving the North Vermilion County Illinois region. HMA's mission is to provide information, referral, and assistance to those in physical, economical, and social need. HMA helps assists local residents become financially and socially independent through a multitude of different programs and services.

Through the generosity and support from the Hoopeston community, HMA has evolved from a local church basement office to a staple support system. HMA continues to grow through the addition of new programs and services. HMA passionately serves residents from different social and financial backgrounds.
